| - I utilized this service to deconstruct and vent out my bathroom after an overflow issue and insurance claim. My insurer recommended them so I thought this was the best way to go. Mike came out and was extremely professional and courteous, explaining the process and getting everything done. A day later, another worker came and removed the toilet and vanity, the toilet was placed in my tub to drain and I wasn't too happy with having sewage in the tub I clean my infant in. They removed the vanity, only a week later to find that the shut off valve to the sink was dripping water, causing more water issues and pushing back my drywall to be installed. I called the main office and explained my issue with them leaving the dripping valve and asked for the fans to come back and dry out the mess. The woman who answered was really understanding and apologized, stating that they would take care of it. Minutes later a guy named Tyler (owner) called me defensive and badgering me that it's not his problem and went on to speak to me in a demeaning and rude manner. He argued about just not taking responsibility for fixing the now water damage due to the valves not being checked or shut off completely. This guy was never even at my property nor handled any portion of my service. I called Mike again and he setup fans to come back out the next day to dry out the wet drywall and wood frame.
I would've loved to give this company a five star review because every person working for the company was professional and extremely courteous, except the actual owner. I could even be understanding that things happen and the toilet or dripping valve left were forgivable. But for the actual owner to act in this manner and take out his frustration on the customer and act in a bullying way; that's the true reflection of this review.
I would not recommend extending your time, home, or money to Tyler's business of Service Master. If the job he's being paid out for has an issue, he may call you up to blame you, your house, and ruin your day arguing with you about why it's not his problem.
