  • I walked into this store last Saturday with no real intent of buying a mattress that day. I wanted to check out prices and different kinds of mattresses first. Upon walking in, I was greeted right away by Randall who helped me find out which mattress would work best for me. Chris, the store manager, came up to help answer some questions I had regarding the features of a particular mattress that I fell in love with. After more back and forth, a few jokes and conversation, he was able to get me a fantastic sale price. It was then that I told them both I loved and hated them at the same time. It was just too good of a deal to pass up and I knew I wasn't going to getter a better one elsewhere. I told them to hook it up and left happy with a mattress cover to protect my investment and a scheduled delivery two days later. The customer service at this location is absolutely fantastic. It's a shame more places don't do it like this anymore. I have been sleeping happy and enjoying my new bed all week! A big THANK YOU to Randall & Chris!
