I am really disappointed by my recent appointment at Ultra Smooth Skin. I am relatively new to Botox and was looking for a place to get regular treatments. I purchased their Groupon, figuring it would be a great opportunity to try them out since I know the quality of the Village and it's so convenient.
When Lisa found out I was visiting on a Groupon, her demeanor changed dramatically. She insisted 20 units was not enough for me even though it worked the two times I've tried Botox in the past. It seems she says this to a lot of her clients based on other reviews (some positive) I have read. She muttered out a few warnings about side effects, rushed through some injections and finished by making a quick one by my widow's peak. She said she didn't know what else to do with it since there wasn't much left. Really? I think I am a fair person but she made me feel terrible. I can only hope the results turn out ok but I'm not confident after how quickly I was rushed out of the office.
Lisa will likely respond to this review with positive testimonials from her clients and I am sure she has satisfied regulars. I just think it is very bad business to advertise a discount and be irritated by a new client using it. This is no way to grow business at a tiny medspa on the second floor of a fitness center.
