| - This is by far the worst DOCTORS OFFICE I have ever had to deal with!!!!
From waiting for hours for a doctor who can't be on time from dealing with employees who don't even check your chart before calling you.
I have gone to 3 appointments with Dr. Kwiatkowski since the first week of January hoping to get my deviated septum fixed. DURING EACH AND EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT I have waited 3-4 hours. Not once have I gone off at an employee nothing because all in all THIS IS THE DOCTORS issue. I have done all of the tests for this operation so what do you think that means ladies and gents? Racked about over 1,000 in medical costs that I have to pay! Not counting what the insurance is paying that will be my amount dues to their office.
Now before deciding to post this review I have called their office 4 times and spoken with Jessica and left ASHLEY their Office manager 4 voicemails. NONE HAVE BEEN RETURNED.
TWICE sufficient paperwork has not been submitted by their office to the insurance company.
But MARCH 28, 2018 Diana their new person coordinator for Dr. Kwiatkowski (Change employees like most people change their underwear) decided to give me a call.
On March 28,2018 this was our conversation.
Dina: Hello Can I speak to Gabriella ______ parents.
Me: I'm 26 years old, I doubt you need to speak to my parents.
Dina: Oh ok, just checking, anyway. I am calling to let u know your surgery has been scheduled for APRIL 10 at Summerlin hospital.
Me: Wait what? I did not know I am scheduled for surgery yet, you are just notifying me?
Dina:No your surgery is cancelled and I am calling to let u know that.
Me: Hold on, you just told me I am scheduled for surgery on april 10th at summerlin hospital and now u are telling me my surgery is cancelled? Whish is it???
Dina: Your insurance company denied you.
Me: How is it they denied me, your doctor is directly under my plan.
Dina: They denied you partially; they approved parts to it and denied the rest.
Me: Okay so they denied parts to It, which parts can I just pay cash?
Dina: IDK?
Me: Well can you please find out, I have already spent this much money this much time with your office I need to have this procedure done. What is it they denied?
Diana: They said your operation is umm hold on umm not medically necessary. So they denied you there's nothing else we are going to be doing for you.
Me: Hold on, u said they partially denied me I can come in as cash, what are u even talking about? Did u even read my chart? You are not giving me useful information please mail me the claims. I will discuss it with my insurance.
THIS WAS THE MOST USELESS UNINTELLIGENT CONVERSATION I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A DOCTORS OFFICE IN MY LIFE!
So I went ahead and called my insurance company after days of waiting for DIANA to call me with what the amount would be to get the ball rolling on this surgery. (SHE NEVER CALLED)
I called my insurance and they explained very clearly that I have been completely approved for surgery the only thing they denied was him fixing the collapse in my nose.
REASONS BEING: They did not have HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS OF THE VESTIBULE which is the primary cause of a nose obstruction. THAT THE PHOTOS HIS DOCTORS OFFICE PROVIDED WAS EXTREMELY BAD. As well as him not mentioning anything regarding the VESTIBULE IN HIS REPORT. If they provide sufficient paperwork they have no problem approving it.
I work for this specific company in very nice position so me going in to depth on what was provided by this doctor's office was like cake to get a hold of and speak directly to the CM who denied me. WHAT I find to be disgusting is the fact that DIANA responded with there is nothing else we can do for you. So if that were the case why the hell did u keep telling me to come back to your office wait there for HOURS to where u can't help me!? For what so you can rack up money? Since when do you speak for the physician?
