rev:text	Nothing ticks me off more than a concert starting later than it's suppose to. Doors were to open at 7:30 and I didn't walk through the door until 8:30. And I was one of the first people in line in good ol' Phoenix May night weather! The security acted like everyone was a criminal and were so rude. I asked the simple question of what time the headliner went on and the reply was, "I don't know" and "he goes on when he goes on". I get there at 7:30pm and the headliner did not go on until 11:30pm. I would not have shown up until 11 if I had know that... When I walked through, I let the security dig through my purse and then was still threatened that if I had anything I would be thrown out immediately. WTF! You just dug through my purse, searched me, I read your signs and I am still be threatened? I don't look like a thug or do anything illegal! Speaking of security, I saw a drunk girl get literally get thrown out by her hair - because security dragged her out. Drunk girl: 100 lbs, 5'2; Security: 180lbs, 5'8. Use-of-force was completely unnecessary. Then, we cashed out and we noticed that we were charged for an O'Douls. We drank water (due to all the drunkies there) and don't drink O'Douls. So we paid for a drink we never had. Good luck calling to get an answer on the other line to get a credit back...because you get a recording with no response. We purchased meet and greet tickets for the concert we attended. At the end of the concert, they told us to go to one side of the venue, and ultimately we had to go to another side of the venue. It was utter chaos. You could not pay me enough to go back there.
