The decor is pretty sweet and the tv's are nice. It's great that the front opens onto the street to allow the open air.
I've been here twice now. Both times the server didn't know anything about the beer. I was curious about the lagers or Pilsner or wheat beers but the server didn't know which brands made those. I was curious about the featured casks too it says "ask your server for details" so I asked and was only told the names of them and that was it. No specifics about type of beer or flavour or strength or anything.
On my first visit I ordered the lamb chops, second visit I got the pulled pork. Both times the meat portion of the dish was shockingly small. Like very obvious that they were skimping on the meat. Full price meal for tiny little meat portion.
For some reason on my second visit here they were playing loudly this extremely aggressive edm music. It was also a relaxing sunny Sunday evening. I wanted to sit and relax. It was not an appropriate atmosphere for aggressive dance music.
overall I was excited about a new spot in the neighbourhood and the menu and beers and venue looked promising but it's doubtful I will be returning. Untrained staff, overpriced, small portion size, bad music. Good luck coyote your gonna need it
