  • BEWARE! this place is a rip off! I signed up only for crossfit only as I have two gym memberships elsewhere. I was looking for a high a impact workout and was told by the front desk that there classes were amazing so I signed up. $100 sign up fee and $89 for first month ($189 total). I attended 2 classes, the first one was good but the second was horrible so right off the bat they were not consistent and the communication with instructor was lacking. When I went to immediately cancel I was treated VERY RUDELY by the manager Cesar. He basically told me to bad so sad, this is how all gyms are, they do not give refunds. This is a LIE as I belong to both Lifetime fitness and LVAC, neither one of them charge me a sign up fee. After going round and round with him, he finally agreed to give me the $89 credit but would not credit the set up fee so or at least prorate for the 2 days I was there, I was totally ok with paying for the time I was there. I basically paid $50 per class that I attended, rip off! I also never received from them the contract that I signed which is illegal. Anytime you sign a contract you should be given a copy. I had nothing to read before I called them to cancel, these people are shady. I would also like to add this place is dirty, run down and dark inside, there is nothing great about this place and I'm sure it is just a matter of time before they close down. There are way better gyms and Crossfit spots in town...
