  • If I could rate with no stars I would. I have had to use APS bc SRP doesnt service my area, and APS have been a nightmare!! Not only do the charge outrageous amounts but they cut my power off for not pay my nov bill and todays is nov 28th. Seriouly??? We are lookin at moving out and one of the main reasons is f**ing APS.
