  • If you're sick, go someplace- anywhere else but here. Was first in line when it opened. Provider wasn't here so we (other patients and I) were told we had to wait outside for liability issues. Just as I was about to leave, provider showed up. Wish I had left. Finally was invited in where I went from being first in line to third by rude front desk girl (Krystal). Was finally placed in a room (nice- dead cockroaches in the corners) and waited another 45 minutes to see the clinician. Now waiting on meds that have a $15 convenience fee but they don't take my HSA card... If you're sick, go someplace else. Finally got out of here after 2 1/2 hours of pure rudeness and stupidity. I don't care that Banner just bought you or that you can't find anything. I just wanted in and out for a change of medicine due to infection. In such a foul mood now wish I'd just dealt with it till my regular doc was available later this week.
