  • My family and I were very excited to have The Original Wineburger in our neighborhood. We visited on Sunday but there were not too many people there. We did notice right away that the acoustics were not good and we had a hard time hearing despite the small crowd. We started with the onion appetizers and they were very good, but unfortunately the experience only declined from there. We ordered the Jimmy conors and two orders of sliders. We got the food in a fair amount of time but in her first bite my daughter found a hair in her slider. We called the waitress over and she apologized and said she would bring a replacement. We continued to eat what we had. The fries were pretty good but the burgers were average at best and quite honestly not very flavorful. When finished we still had not gotten our replacement order, but we got to listen to a man at the bar discussing being sexually harassed in very loud voice with the bartender. Then the bartender started around the room asking customers about their experience, but she skipped our table. A few minutes later she came back and did talk to us and offered to pay for my daughter's meal...next time. And we had still not gotten the replacement order. Eventually it did come but we were very disenchanted by then. I doubt there will be a next time for our daughter's free meal.
