| - I had been batting .000 in trying to find someone to fix my pool problems, 4 problems all at once. It is so frustrating when you have pool problems and you pay good money for bad repairs. I was at wits end, and was thinking the unthinkable, Craigslist, when I decided to check out Yelp. That is where I discovered Pink Dolphin. The reviews looked good, so I gave them a shot. I called, went to voicemail, left a message. The message promised they would get right back with me, and they did, surprise #1. I described my problems, scheduled an appointment, and the tech called me on the road, and showed up when at the time he indicated, surprise #2. The tech evaluated my 4 problems, said I would receive an email with an estimate that afternoon, guess what, I got the email, surprise #3. I agreed to proceed with the service, and the tech again showed up as promised, not so surprised this time. All of the repairs succeeded, surprise #4 (this may not surprise you, but this was the third company I had contacted for these repairs). Fair prices, excellent service, quality work. Hard combination to beat.
