  • Just took 30 minutes to go through the drive thru and buy a two drinks. When I pulled up to the window the guy operating the window ignored me for a few minutes while he wiped his area and did some other stuff. What made me upset was my shake was just sitting there inside the window melting. It's not like the guy had to go get it.. Also, the guy operating the window needs to either cut his hair or tie it up. Long frizzy hair down to your shoulders isn't ok when operating a food service business. I operate and own my own and my wife is a public health food inspector.. No-go!
