  • Your time is not important! I've been here a few times and I want to make sure I mentioned that although it is in a pretty bad neighborhood it is pretty clean inside. I have had two fillings fall out over the last year and a half and both times it is hard to get them to do anything the same day even though they will tell you they can on the phone. In both cases they got me in and then wanted to schedule me for another appointment later (with lots of other recommended work ) Today was very frustrating as I went in and the lady did a quick x ray and told me someone would be there to see me within a couple minutes and would do any work they had time to do after that. I waited in the chair for 45 minutes without anyone saying a work to me until I finally decided that this was not acceptable and then told them I was leaving. Later in the day I received a call from the office where they apologized for being so late. At this time they told me that the filling that had fallen out required a root canal to fix. Today I went to a different dentist who filled the tooth for me and explained all the reasons I did not need a root canal. Maybe this was just a mistake or a difference in opinion but maybe this was the office trying to get me to pay for an expensive and painful procedure. This is not a good customer experience and I do not recommend this office to anyone.
