  • I have been with Verizon for 10 years and have never been treated so badly as I was by Marcus the door greeter at this location. We stood in line outside waiting for the store to open and when they opened Marcus proceeded to ignore us and put people that were now entering the store in front of us. I feel this was a racially motivated act because I am white and Marcus is black. He took the black people that were behind us or entered the store after us and put them in front of us. Then when I complained and said I felt it was racially motivated he asked us to leave instead of treating us with respect that we deserve. Marcus then calls my business and asks for the owner so he can complain about me. He did not realize that I am the owner of the business so his actions to cover his own self blew up in his face! Nice try to cover yourself Marcus but it did not work. I am now dealing with Verizon Corporate in the racial issue that transpired at this location. WOW... Ten years with Verizon to be treated this way. Hopefully I will not need to hire an attorney!
