I dont know what it is with home improvement stores in general but the customer service is on far different ends of the spectrum...you either have good customer service(never experienced great) or it is the worst experience you ever had in your life! If you dont like dealing with customers, especially those who dont know the "proper" names of what it may be they are looking for, then why are you in this field to begin with? I was looking for what turns out to be called a turnbuckle, described it best I could and it took the rep all of a minute to figure out what it was I was looking for based on my description. He never smiled or commented when my wife said, "wow, I cant believe you got that so quickly from a description!" He just pied pipered us over to where they were, grunted will that be all? and walked away...there was a couple standing there and they even commented on how "friendly" this staff member was in a sarcastic tone. The store is clean and fairly well organized, and the restrooms are kept pretty clean. The only thing I would say this store needs is to pick and choose their employees better to ensure they actually like people since they will be dealing with them on a daily basis.
