  • This is the worst bank I have ever banked with. Customer service is non existent and overdraft fees are absolutely horrendous. They are not willing to help at all with over draft fees even when they are not warranted (I just deposited a check and withdrew money and they charged me an overdraft fee even though there was money in my account. There is no one to assist during weekday evenings or weekends, and they do not tell you this, the phone message just repeats over and over again. I would never choose this credit union again... I am going back to Wells Fargo.
