| - Non existant server. Basically, we arrived, weren't greeted... finally were "seated" at a dirty table. By dirty I mean, used utensils and coffee cups in front of our faces. We went up to register to get our own menus. Ten minutes later our server asked what we want to drink. He had the personality of a brick, maybe a stoned brick. We ordered, first our coffees arrived. I had to get up and walk up to register to get a spoon and cream. Then 15 mins later our items arrived. Dropped at our table, and my friend who is vegan looked at her pancakes and saw butter. I eat everything but she is strictly veggly. I had to then go up to the register, wait for someone to come back, and ask about the butter. Turns out it's vegatarian margarine. Would have been good to know before her food got cold. The cutlery was cheap, mugs all mismatched. It felt like it needed a severe makeover. I don't want to go on, but we literally had to guide the server on every simple thing we wanted.. to top it off I went up to the register and saw a tasty looking vegan pie. I asked the server to add on a piece of berry pie, and he asked " for here or to go?" I said for here. 15 mins later no pie. I was done at this point. Done. So we went up and reminded him that I didn't get the pie. "Sorry I totally forgot, do you still want it?" Again after 2 hours of being there I basically wanted out. He said "it's on the house" I paid the bill which should have added up to $45ish for three adults, coffee, and one pie. The lady who rung us up severely undercharged us with a grand total of $21. No apology I think it was just a severe lack of writing stuff down. This was Saturday 1/24. I won't be returning.
