Awful customer service. Came in specifically for a movie on blu-ray that was in stock with a few left according to Best Buy's site. I get there and scour the new releases as the movie just came out on blu-ray November 7th. It's not there. I try looking through the DVD/blu-ray section as a whole to no avail. I finally go up to get help finding them and they confirm there is more than one copy available (there were a few) and that they're not in the area they're supposed to be apparently. I stand around at store pickup for no joke 40 minutes (!!!!!!) waiting for them to find this movie. It should've taken no longer than 15 minutes. They ended up wasting my time as they magically could not find any of the copies left and finally admitted defeat after 40 straight minutes of me standing around waiting. That angered me a lot as it was. But the fact that the girl just says that as well as that they "tried" and does not offer to call any other Best Buys in the area to see if they had it or I dunno just had been somewhat nice?? Ridiculous. I'll be contacting corporate about that particular employee's crap customer service and inability to offer any consolations or help after the fact. I ended up leaving and not getting the steelbooks I had grabbed because I didn't want to contribute whatsoever to this particular Best Buy. Oh, but even though they never found any copies, they still haven't updated their inventory and I'm sure anyone else who wants the same movie will be in the same position as me tomorrow. Worst Best Buy with the worst customer service. I certainly won't be back and will gladly spend my money elsewhere.
