  • Worst experience ever. I was told by Cindy to come in without an appointment to have my vehicle inspection and estimate. I showed up and waited for over 20 minutes for Vickie. Another gentleman came in about 5 minutes after me. He also was getting agitated that he wasn't receiving help. I then informed the receptionist that I would be l taking my vehicle elsewhere if I didn't receive any service. Mind you that there were no other customers in the office except the two of us. There were no other inspections taking place. Save your time and frustration and go elsewhere to a place where a customer is taken care of with respect and in a timely fashion, a place where the customer is appreciated.
