| - Run, run far away. 50, 100, and 150 Graydon Hall Drive are owned and operated by the same team. Moving here was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. You cannot get the internet or TV provider of your choice, TV is provided by a company owned by GH Capital and a "TV Guide" or similar is not available. Internet is only phone line and speed available is reduced because the owner will not allow the lines to be up-graded. You must get special permission to have a mini satellite on your balcony for TV, or to use a space heater. You will need a space heater as 80% of the units face north and have drafty, old windows. It takes forever to get work done, except for pest control, which is good I suppose, because there are cockroaches.
The laundry facilities are inadequate, 12 washer/dryer combos for 26 floors of 12 apts each. The basement level consistently smells like a sewer. Staff are rude. Most of the elevators have the wrong buttons, instead of L for lobby there is either a blank button or "27" and management has no intention of fixing this or the myriad of other problems.
UPDATE, these owners are being sued for 20 million combined by Shaw and Bell media, for pirating satellite signal, that's why no choice in TV/internet providers, the owners didn't want to get busted! Google it, it was written about on the front page of the Toronto Star.
