  • Flight from Charlotte to Orlando delayed an hour already and likely more because they forgot to keep the interior of the plane cool between flights....are you kidding American Airlines? what about that little simple instruction to lower the window cover and open your air vent?!?! how does an airline mess this up so badly?!? hundreds of people waiting and in standard American Airline fashion, they do not care....
