  • I called for an appointment just to have my air conditioner checked. They are very thorough. I received texts confirming my appointment and who had been assigned to my call. Ed arrived early and he called first to let me know he was ahead of schedule. He was very helpful. Great customer service. I am glad I tried them! Hopefully we can keep my older air conditioner plugging away for a few more years!
