  • How many fantastic things can we say about this company! Knew last summer something was just not quite right with out AC. Then heat went out twice this winter. Called the company we had been using for 20 years. Spent too much money in 3 months on a unit that was almost 14 years old. We had a number of friends who recommended On the Spot Air. Having lived in Vegas our entire life we know great AC is the lifeblood of summer. Had a number of other companies come out with estimates. Late one night on Easter weekend decided to request info from On the Spot thinking they would respond on Monday. In under 10 minutes received a reply from Randy! Nothing happens in Vegas in under 10 minutes, not even getting a Starbucks much less a response on a holiday weekend! We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday per our request. Their office staff is amazing. They gave us a time window of 10am to noon. First thing in the morning we received a call that Randy would be arriving closer to noon. Oh my gosh. That was still in the time frame but how wonderful for the up date. A short time later received another call Randy had finished earlier and could he come now! A few minutes later he was at our door. Let me tell you, over decades we have dealt with companies but never have we been provided with such excellent advice and knowledge. We knew we wanted a Trane as the one we had before the one being replaced was a Trane. Randy went over all the different units leaving no stone unturned. I might add that my husband was very ill at the time and unable to participate which Randy saw. We were in fact waiting for our physician to either decide he needed to see him or go straight to the hospital. I shared the info with my husband who Randy saw when he came it to check our AC. We decided on a unit best suited for our needs and I would be remiss if I didn't say this was the first time ever we had someone actually talk us out of something we DID NOT need. We concluded our business with Randy and as we left he was taking measurements outside for the installation of our Trane the NEXT day. Ivan and French were our technicians. They were polite, so friendly, well groomed and got right to it. I might add that when we received the phone call that morning the very first thing the office asked was how was my husband!! Everything went perfect and if we choose we can now have igloo temperature in our home, something that we never had with our old unit. Sorry for the long review but info like this in a city where it gets surface of the sun hot needs to be shared about On the Spot Air from life long residents. My in laws and best friends are now becoming your newest customers. Thank you Randy, French, Ivan and all involved in making a difficult day for us beyond wonderful! We are your customers for life'
