| - Just returned from getting my windows tinted at 305 Kustoms. The crew there did a great job and the customer service was top notch. I don't remember having a better experience anywhere else. The young lady (sorry..forgot her name) was finishing up with a customer, but still made sure she welcomed me and let me know she was going to be with me in a moment. She finished up, with what looked like to be another satisfied customer, welcomed me again and walked me through the process. Showed me the different levels of tint and explained the post-tinting process as well. I wasn't too sure with exactly which tints to go with, so she gave some friendly advice. I made my decision and they promptly took my car into the shop and started working. The lady made sure I was comfortable. She offered water and coffee and even gave me control of the TV where i promptly switched it to Top Gear (BBC version). Moments later the owner Alex came into the store front and greeted me. We started chatting for a bit and before I even realized it, out comes my car from the shop looking awesome. Alex walked me out to my car to do the walk around and we finished up the transaction. Everything came up better than I expected. The advice they gave for the level of tint was exactly what I wanted.
Alex gave me a full explanation of the process and let me know after the tint being put on, bubbles are completely normal I just need to leave the windows up, leave the car out in the sun to help speed up the set in process, not touch the tint, and from that, over a bit of time, the bubbles will disappear. Which makes complete sense to me. Works the same way with invisible bra's for cars and putting on screen protectors on your cellphones. It's a wet process that's used. I honestly didn't see too many bubbles to begin with.
I chatted with Alex a bit more, he shook my hand and off I went.
Great people, great price for all windows, even the 4 tiny little triangle windows. I would recommend everyone to go there.
