  • Our first experience here was a complete train wreck. Apparently this establishment could care less about providing customer service and more about what they can make off of Cardinal game day parking. The resources they had provisioning directions for parking were completely disrespectful to the patrons of the mall and the "10$" off given to us was a waste as nothing we were here for was on that list. Whomever oversees the way this is being handled for those here to shop should be ashamed of the poor customer care provided. I would not recommend this place unless you deign to call ahead and make sure it's not "game day".
