  • There service is great Just FYI I was reading the previous reviews and I noticed a trend. If you are an Air Canada customer everyone is happy but if your a customer for an other airline there are different procedures. Meaning that they have more flexibility with the airline they deal with or have a contract with. So for me everything is great But other airlines insist that the bag be repaired rather then settlement or given another product in exchange.
