I am giving a one star because negative stars is not an option. These people have the worst customer service! I placed an order of fragrance oils. My diffuser does not allow oils that contain alcohol. They took weeks to even fill the order. When I called customer service to see if any of the fragrance oils contained alcohol, I was told by Karen Mitchell in customer service that she would contact the purchasing department and purchasing would contact vendor to get me an answer. I have been waiting and waiting for this answer. Today I spoke with Karen to see if there was anything that I could do to expedite this process. After Karen telling me that purchasing has not heard from the vendor yet, she connects me to her superviser Sue and Sue tells me that WholeseSuppliesPlus will not give me this information because the vendor won't divulge their ingredients. I let her know that I didn't want the ingredients or their formula, only to know if they contained alcohol. Sue, didn't want to give me the information. Karen was working on it. Karen was waiting for Purchasing to get back to her. Sue the Superviser by-passed it all and simply told me that WSP wouldn't give me this info. Now I'm wondering what actually happened...did Karen ever contact Purchasing, did Purchasing ever contact Vendor, or was Sue just having a bad day and didn't want to deal with a customer looking for answers. Sue wouldn't even confirm that the vendor had been contacted as Karen told me they had. Maybe Sue the Superviser is so overwhelmed by irrate customers, from the looks of these yelp reviews, that today was my lucky day to receive her wrath.
I will not purchase from WholeSaleSupplies anymore. I will try the other companies suggested by some of the other reviewers.
