  • All the staff at this location are very friendly, but Alex is the best!! I was browsing their selection, not meaning to buy a car, but by the end of the day, I drove off in a car! They really care about working with the customer on making a deal that is affordable for you! Alex has been checking up throughout the first month to make sure I haven't had any problems, so that is nice also! The warranty that I have on my car is amazing. If anything goes wrong, I can take my car in, and they'll fix it right up! They also have delicious popcorn and donuts for you to nibble on while you wait! I love my car, and I definitely recommend Alex and the rest of the Surprise Ford team! :)
