I don't shop for much luggage -- usually, it's the kind of thing I buy online. But an article that mentioned a feature of a new Briggs & Riley bag piqued my interest, and there's only so much one can learn by reading and looking at internet pictures and videos. I had to see it in person.
I called this Luggage Factory location and asked the woman who answered the phone (Bridget) if they had the product I sought in stock. They did. I told her I would be there in 30 minutes.
When I arrived, she and her colleages showed me how the product worked (they had a cool demonstrator), and talked about the other features. They let me probe and play with it to see if I wanted it. They were helpful and informative, but not pushy. The shop was clean, well-lit, and had nice displays. It was not cluttered like many luggage shops are.
I bought the bag, and would steer anyone seeking quality luggage at a good price to this Luggage Factory location.
