I'm on vacation and I was excited to get my hair down by someone else... I made an appointment and got there on time...
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, since i didn't know what to expect... I thought maybe that's just how things are done....
The wash was ok.... didn't really do a full wash... felt very fast.... As I got back to the seat, she was blow drying and it felt ok... up till she started yanking my hair to the point my neck went back with my hair.... that happened once... then she would blow dry at my roots where it was super hot, didn't say anything but it didn't happen again...
I tipped the girl because she was nice and hair turned out good when she was done. But I am now regretting for what I paid....
I got back to my place, showered and my curls on my side didn't hold.... my hair didn't feel clean, I started scratching and it felt drier than me going there.... the product kind of damages my colored hair, my neck was hurting and I got a headache from the one long yanking..... needless to say $60 wasted. Never going to have a boujie moment and get it done...
My concept was a boujie blowout while sipping on some wine/champagne.. it's suppose to feel like i'm pampering myself... relaxing.. Not painful.
My hairstylist has been doing my hair for years so I knew styling shouldn't feel this way but at the time I thought maybe that's how it works at these fast blowout chains... Until I started feeling neck pains that wasn't ok. The experience of this is a fail..
