  • I was in desperate need of a haircut.... last cut I got was over a year and a half ago when I donated 20 inches to lock of love, so it was WAY past my due date! I am a fairly low maintenance lady, especially when it comes to my haircare routine. I'm sorta a wash and go kind of girl. Since I am new to the area and really needed a trim I bought a groupon for a shampoo, cut, and style for this salon and was ready for some hair pampering. The day of my appointment I was having a pretty rough week and feeling extra sensitive. I got to the appointment really early because I wasn't sure how difficult it was going to be for me to find the place and since my stylist was there he took me as soon as I walked in. And immediately I was sitting in his chair, I gave him the disclaimer that I was having a rough day and knew that my hair may be in disrepair but that I couldn't emotionally handle any negative feedback only positive advice on how to improve. The stylist, Cliff, was so kind he reassured me that my hair was not as horrible as I thought that it was actually in pretty good shape just in need of a trim. The whole experience was just want I needed. From the relaxing shampoo to the detailed trim and sleep invoking blow dry. I not only left with nicely trimmed ends and shiny silky hair but a self esteem boost that set the rest of my week right! I literally felt like a new lady! I will definitely be back to Cliff for my next trim in the near future with or without a discount coupon, such great service is well worth the dough!
