Ashley Furniture delivered the new tempurpedic bed & the delivery guys were super nice & professional but As soon as the delivery guys plugged the bed into the wall they noticed the bed was broken, only one side of the bed moved up and down. they gave me the option to refuse the bed but being the optimistic person that I am & just wanting to sleep in my brand new bed I agreed to keep the bed (so we didn't have to sleep on the floor). It's been a month now & I'm still stuck with a broken bed. I'm not able to request a brand new bed or even a refund but am stuck calling off work & missing work days to be home for someone to come & fix the bed. So I've had a new bed for a month now that's broken & unable to use it properly. My advice...if they deliver you broken or damaged furniture REFUSE TO ACCEPT IT! Unless you can afford to call off work several times so Ashely furniture can send their technician out to fix your damaged furniture. This was & still is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE as a first time buyer spending thousands of dollars for what I thought would be a hassle free experience. I am very dissatisfied.
