  • Caught the guy preparing my order without gloves on. This was after I walked in and he was on the phone and I had to wave him down to get his attention. He reluctantly put the phone down, didn't end the call, put the phone right on the counter in front of me with the call still going. I ordered a smoothie. He grabbed all the ingredients with his bare hands. And then I politely asked him if he washed them beforehand and he got annoyed and said "ok I'll wear gloves for you." For me?? Sure buddy! He dumped the smoothie out and started again, muttering and sighing. Very appetizing. I cancelled the order and walked out. Never eating here again! It's a shame because their food is good but at what cost? If they do that in front of you what do they do when no one's looking? Not worth it to get food poisoning that's for sure.
