rev:text	I've been living in this apartment for almost a full year now and we couldn't even make it a few more months before deciding to pay to break our lease. Ever since our first month of move in, my girlfriend and I have had nothing but problems. - The cockroach infestation is one of many problems that we've come across, we would see anywhere from 5 to 6 large - either dead or still wiggling around in the back patio every day. It was a chore to hop, skip and jump around them while doing our laundry and we even found some every couple of weeks inside of our apartment that were coming out of the vents and drains. - When our fridge broke, it took the front office team 3 and a half weeks for them to order us a new one and each time we called to follow up, they always gave us an excuse to why it wouldn't be delivered until a few days later. The front office staff has no concern for any repairs or replacement on appliances until any legal matter is involved and that's exactly what we had to bring to the table. Miraculously, our fridge was scheduled for installation within the next day. - The grills and pools are very poorly maintained, we would constantly see trash piling up that has been sitting in the bins for a couple of days before maintenance finally decides to throw it out. The apartment staff blame tenants on why there's a cockroach infestation but in reality, the grounds itself are the reason why there are so many bugs. My girlfriend and I constantly clean our apartment to reduce the risk of any cockroaches roaming around that our apartment literally looks like an IKEA show room, completely spotless. - The walls are very thin to where you hear everything that's going on around you, we've had to complain about our upstairs neighbor and their kids running and jumping around early and late night because our picture frames on our walls would shake from them constantly moving around. We could hear everything that they were doing upstairs. Also, be vary wary where you decide to park your car, there are plenty of stories of cars being broken into. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
