  • I live near Shea and Sweetwater. I have a business in which I have to ship orders daily. Though there are several post offices closer, I make the trip to this one specifically because of how wonderful the staff are. The people at the counter are friendly. Every single one of them! It's refreshing to see people who act as if they care about their customers and are happy to be there. They're very fast too. Sometimes I have 10 or 15 items and they get it all done within minutes. In the rare event that you encounter a problem, their customer service personnel are amazing. Neva, in particular, is outstanding! I had a weird issue come up with pre-printed labels, and she devoted a great deal of time to tracking down a solution for me. I was beyond impressed. She's engaging, and truly cares about any issues you have. This post office makes running my business an absolute pleasure! Stop in for yourself and you'll see how much better it is than all of the others!
