  • Because most of you won't read this entire thread... PLEASE be extremely careful and hyper aware at all times if you are a group of young girls planning on attending Omnia. After 1 hr and 30 minutes of waiting outside in line for the staff to sort out our tickets (bought bar card VIP tickets for $100 each which they couldn't find in spite of our receipts) we finally entered the bar at 12:45am. The place is massive but they continued to pump as many people in as possible to the point where you can not walk through hallways and wouldn't stand a chance if there was a fire or any kind of incident. After about 2 hours of exploring the place, dancing, grabbing a drink, checking out the VIP sections - the three of us girls finally hit the restroom. This is where our night took a turn for the worst. After waiting in line, my friends and I each entered a bathroom stall. I came out of mine to security waiting for me and before I was even able to wash my hands escorted me out into a hallway where my other two friends were. Mind you, I have no idea what is going on but willing to go with them to find my friends. We find ourselves in a back hallway that was separate from the club and bathroom area surrounded by 7 men who worked for Omnia security. (not sure why 7 men were need for 3 girls under 115 lbs but they clearly felt we had done something). Before I had any time to figure out where exactly we were they were accusing us of harassing another girl in the bathroom. Within seconds and without even being able to ask who we were supposedly harassing, all three of us were grabbed by the arm and thrown out of a back door into an alley way at 3am and 35 degree weather. The men slammed the door behind us and no one told us where to go. The alley way was dark and clearly where the dump trucks back up at night to receive the trash from the dumpsters and or make deliveries. Terrified and confused about what just happened, my friends and I quickly realized we were not in a safe place and needed to move and starting walking up the ramp as fast as possible. Eventually we found ourselves on a main road and walked back into Caesars palace to find security to complain (and also retrieve our jackets that were still inside Omnia). What happened next was even worse. I'll admit I was pretty upset at this point after thinking about what could've happened to us in the alley and how were plucked from the women's restroom by 7 men. Eventually some security guards approached us (likely bc we were crying and upset) and asked us if we were okay and after we explained the situation were told that Omnia is a separate company and we have to talk to someone else. One of the security guards grabbed a staff member of Omnia who walked us to a complaint desk. The people at the complaint desk handed me a phone number to their corporate complaint line - when I looked at the number, I realized they had given me a phone number with only 9 digits which made me even more angry and upset. I specifically asked to speak with a GM at Omnia and 30 minutes later someone came to speak with us. After demanding an explanation for as to why we were dumped into an alley way and put in danger he told us that he was going to call the cops on us for trespassing. I looked back to the security guards from Ceasars and asked if they would call the cops for me. They told us "look, this stuff happens all the time. If we call the cops they're not going to help you, they're going to arrest you. The company that owns Omnia owns everyone around here. Just go back to your hotel and forget this ever happened". Needless to say my friends are at a loss as to what we can even do in this situation so we get in a cab and head to our hotel. The next day we went over the event in our heads over and over again trying to figure out what we could've done wrong. We've read online that this happens ALL the time and the Omnia security throw people out the back so that they're able to continuously allow people in beyond capacity numbers. My thoughts are what happens could be even worse: they target girls in small groups on the restroom lines, pick them out and dump them in the back alley way for another group of men to mug, rape, or kidnapped for human trafficking - and we were just lucky enough escape. Any of this is extremely frightening to contemplate and you never think it can or will happen to you until it does. We dodged a bullet Friday night - you may not be as lucky. So please be careful if you go to this club - there was a group of 5 girls behind us at the complaint desk who had their phones stolen out of their zipped crossed body bags. I'm sure the folks at Omnia get kickbacks from this as well. Lot's of sketchy behavior going on here and scary to think not even security guards or the cops are able to help you.
