  • Let me say we have been taking our dogs here for years and never had any issues. However the last time we boarded them they did not put flea and tick medicine on them when we dropped them off because they said they weren't due until the next day. When we picked them up a week later they both had ticks on them! The owner said they applied Frontline the next day but that they were going to switch in the future because their vet told them it wasn't effective anymore. So why did they use it if they knew it didn't work???? Still fighting getting rid of ticks. Will never board here again.
