HORRIBLE!!!!!! First of all the key didn't work so there I was, carrying my sleeping 3-yr old, waiting for a key that worked and the girl at the counter, Cathy, kept trying other keys over and over and she kept leaving without saying anything. This happened a while when finally she handed me a new working key! Alright, I FINALLY got in then the remote didn't work. I tried calling front desk and it was busy. I tried housekeeping and every other button and it was busy. I waited a while then tried them all again but they were busy. The TV was stuck on one channel. I went again to ask what was going on as it was stuck on an R-rated movie movie and now my child was awake. She said that she'd send maintenance over but after a while nothing happened so I went to the front yet again and she said maintenance was gone. I asked why she said they'd come and she said "I don't know" . At this point I asked for a corporate number or someone I could speak to and she again said "I don't know". She said she'd been here only a few weeks but yet she didn't know anyone I could ask or call for help. Back in the room I was contemplating leaving and asking for a refund but my child had fallen asleep again. It was cold so we needed an extra blanket (heater was too loud and smelled like burnt air so again I tried all the phone buttons and they were ALL busy). I'm beyond infuriated and frustrated!!! I should get a refund for this!!!! Without acknowledgment of management I would NEVER stay at any Super 8 again and I would NEVER recommend it.
