  • I had an appointment scheduled for today where the worker was to arrive between 12pm-4pm. They were instructed to call 30 min before arrival. After waiting around for hours I went down the street to get something to eat. Got back about 30 min later. Still had not gotten a phone call from anyone. I called the company at 4pm and asked if someone was coming or not as i have not received a phone call except for the night before where the worker said he would be there between 12-4 that next day (today). She spoke to the worker who said he stopped by and rang the doorbell and knocked on the door but nobody answered. I explained how I briefly stepped out and that I never got a phone call that they were on their way or that they were there and that I did not understand why he wouldn't have called as instructed. She told me that she could reschedule him to which I told her that I would NOT want him to be my worker as look at what he just did! She tried to direct me to a manager but could not get ahold of anyone. I will now have to find a new company as this one obviously has employees who do not know how to follow directions!
