  • Petsmart HOTEL omg so so so sad. im not to sure about the training for the hotel area. But doggy parents leaving your pet children is SAD. I sat and watched a little dog in the play room with about 6 plus big dogs getting bullied chased and harassed. It was so sad my friend said i should have recorded it. didnt think about that but i told front desk lady and they acted like everything is ok. I pointed out 3 issues then they removed the big dog. little dog was still being chased. why is the little dog in there with over 6 big dogs? little dogs should be with little dogs. Ill be calling corporate in the a.m. I would not appreciate that for my pet. it was unsettling. Dog owners its already sad u cant watch your dogs but choose to have them then put them away. So make sure sure yours dog is not being tormented. leave employees notes because they can careless. this is a pay check! what if you were in the dogs shoes how would you feel #selfishpeople #carelesspeople
