  • Well, when my wife and I first got to the dealership we were greeted by salesman Nick. All seemed well at first, we took a 2016 F150 for a test drive. What an awesome truck! After sitting at the desk and coming to an agreement as far as down payment and monthly payment goes. Coincidently the finance "guru" wasn't in his office that day, so we where told to have our trade in vehicle ready to make the transaction easier. They said they would call us first thing in the morning, when the finance guy would get in. The sales man took our registration for the trade in vehicle info. We gave him the insurance card and registration slip that where in a folder. After leaving the dealership and getting home (Prescott) almost an 1 1/2 away, we noticed they didn't put our registration back in the folder. After calling Nick and his management team, Gary and John. They informed us that they had it in hand and it would be ready for pick up at our conveniece. We'll since we don't live in town, I called in a favor to my Dad who lives near the dealership. He called them at 8 am and he let them know he was on his way, they told him it would be at the front desk. We'll he arrived and Nick told him "sorry the registration is locked up in a safe". (WAIT WHAT.... A SAFE?) They told my dad come back tonight when business slows down so we can get it from the safe. Well my dad called them again before arriving, after showing up Nick told him. "Oh your sons registration was shredded up with the rest of his file" (THE REST OF HIS FILE?) According to them we where still doing business, so what's the need to shred a customers file and worse REGISTRATION. Terrible experience, Terrible service, terrible sales team and most importantly the management! I wish I could put negative stars for this review.
