  • We had the most awful experience with this company. We signed up with them thinking they would be a reasonably priced property manager. Little did we know it would be death by a thousand needles. It seemed like every time anything happened on our property we were socked with a ridiculous array of fees. Additionally when we tried to talk to them about that we were told to take our business elsewhere if we didn't like it, but they would charge us a 3 month penalty for leaving them. We would never ever use them again.
