  • They only get 2 stars because piercer who pierced daughter's ears was nice and articulated cleaning instructions. An Earring came out 3-4 weeks later. That shouldn't happen. They didn't make it right when approached them. Warranty doesn't cover defective starter earring studs because of course the earring was lost when it came out. So therefore they deserve the 2 star rating. Needed to repierce since hole closed up. Went to Claire's instead. No problems since.
