  • Aida did my daughter's hair pretty good today. Straight trim with no layers and cut some bangs. There was another girl who did my sons hair, straight with no bangs. She then did my hair and I asked for a little trim with bangs and layer around my face. She cut the bangs right, but proceeded to cut the top half of my head very short. It was taken too much off on one side and I had to bring it to her attention, so she chopped the other side of my hair to match. Now my hair right by my ear is about 3-4 inches long. It was about 14 inches before I went there. Such a bad haircut!! Who cuts that area unless you want your hair that length!! (My hair goes past my lower back.) I didn't notice it was so bad until I left putting my hair into a bun and I had chunks of hair falling out. I am very disappointed. I usually go to Fantastic Sam's, but never to this location. I will never go here again even if it's close to home. You get what you pay for. They are so lucky they're closed right now. Do not waste your time, you might get the stylist who butchers. NOT WORTH IT!!!!
