  • We went in and picked out a fridge and freezer and were told it would take 2-3 weeks for it to come in. One month later I called after not hearing from them at all and they said it looks like it was coming in that week. We waited and the again no call so I called and was told it didn't show up on that shipment. One week later it finally shows up they set up delivery. The delivery comes and informs me while I am at work that they can't remove the old fridge as it's wedged in. I ask them to talk to the builder that installed the old fridge. The delivery guy doesn't want to do this and wants the builder to just lift the granite countertop because that is the only way the fridge is going in. I come home and guess what with a little time and effort I am able to take the first fridge out. Now I am still waiting for them to come to put the fridge in. Nevermind the fact I still don't know when I will get the freezer. Beware of using them even if your contractor says they have a preferential contract with them.
