  • Dress came 2 weeks later than promised. And came in wrong color, which we were tried to be convinced otherwise "paper work says it's ivory, so it's ivory". In reality, not on the papers it was tan color or "champaign" - as they call it. Poor quality of seams ( half of them done with the white threads on tan tule), was disappointing. this is not what you expect from the big name designer. Exchange of the dress took another week. Which is another mystery, when they tell you that 5 months is not enough for designer to make the dress but then it's re-done in one week. Smelled a lot like sweatshop in China. The whole delay cost me few more hundreds of dollars for urgency in alteration. What was offered by Destiny's Bridal in compensation their screw up? Absolutely nothing.
