  • Don't blink. Even if you are walking, don't blink or you'll miss it. From the street, Uncle Tetsu's has a tiny frontage that would be easy to miss if you were not on the hunt. An hunt you must, because Uncle Tetsu's is a unique place in the dessert realm! When it comes to *normal* cheesecake, I'm generally not a big fan. It's so heavy, usually dry, and not at the top of my list for desserts. Even when I visit the venerable Cheesecake Factory, I often pass on the cheesecake! But this is different--"no-bake" cheesecake that is light, airy, fluffy, and with the most unusual flavours and presentations. This is a must-try!
