  • We needed a cab to get back to our hotel from a bar. Called Yellow Cab at 1:10 a.m., and they refused to give an ETA. In retrospect, that should have been a huge red flag. Long story short, several phone calls later we got a cab at 3:00 a.m. In a word: unacceptable.
