rev:text	Do NOT use this taxi service. I made 2 reservations online the day before I needed a cab. 15 minutes before the 1st scheduled pick up the driver calls me to tell me he his 15-20 minutes away and that there is a 10 surcharge for leaving the county. he asked if I was aware of this, which I told him I was not. No effort to explain or waive the fee. the 2nd pickup was for 11:45pm that night. i received 3 texts from ace taxi. the first 2 texts stated that cab 2632 was on the way to pick me up. at 12:05 am i got the 3rd text stating cab 2250 was on the way. at 12:10am i received a call from the driver stating he was another 45 minutes away. i was very upset at this point since i and 3 other guests were waiting in a deserted parking lot in the dark for a cab. he transfered me to the dispatcher who proceeded to tell me that since i didnt answer the phone when they called it was my fault the taxi was not there. I explained that the only call i received from ace taxi was at 12:20am when I was already on the phone with a dispatcher. there was no effort to explain the situation or remedy the problem. there was no accountability or customer service. there was no supervisor available to speak with. Please do not use this taxi service and tell anyone who may be thinking of using them to not do it. It is not worth the aggravation or frustration. This taxi company not only ruined my night, but the night of 3 other people who also came with and the 2 people that had to come pick us up.
