  • Just moved to the neighborhood. Badly needed an oil change so my wife could get the kids around during the week. Happy this Jiffy Lube was right around the corner from my new home. Showed up at 4:15 PM on a Sunday.. only 1 car in front of me and 2 guys working. The employee starts yelling at me right away.... not even a hello..., "We aren't doing anymore oil changes!!!," "We're closed!!!" I said you close in 45 mins and there is only 1 car already on the bay. He responded, "I don't give an F..., we ain't doing no more today." I asked why he had to be so rude... He just walked away and said... "I dont care." Wow. It takes more effort to be mean to people. This guy just wanted to close and turned down a new and potential repeat customer. I took a picture of him while he was yelling at me. I went down the road and got better customer service right away. I would never go to this place again.
